Dad and I knocked out totally redoing the guest bathroom in a little over 6 days! It looks great! Neat, Clean, and Simple as opposed to NASTY! Here are the official before and after picture with some more detail shots.
Here are a few detailed shots of the fixtures, tile, and stye we used.
We used my $40 pedestal sink and a salvaged cabinet from the kitchen. The Kohler tub is original to the house and just needed a deep deep exfoliation! We chose a modern 6x8 subway tile for shower and took it all the way to the ceiling to add height to the room. A neutral green adds a little color to the wall but overall the colors are kept clean.

The guest bedroom is next and that pretty much wraps up major indoor projects. There are still small indoor projects to be done here and there. Stay tuned for guest bedroom and office pictures.
